Christ is Truly Risen!

We heartily congratulate you with the resurrection of Christ resurrection! Christ is risen! Christ is truly risen!

Our Easter celebrates a sinless Christ slain for us (1 Cor. 5:7). This memorable holiday brings great joy to all mankind. At this time, when everyone is frightened by the threat of the COVID-19 virus, the Easter message is needed more than ever. Christ’s resurrection is a HOLIDAY OF THE VICTORY OF LIFE over DEATH. Eternal life is given only through the Lord Jesus. Glory to HIM for His amazing feat on the cross of Calvary and rising again from the dead.

The Lord has given us a special time - for self-isolation from infections, but also for isolation from sin, and perhaps will expose some hidden ones. This is the time to strengthen our intimacy with Christ. Let us use this time for spiritual disciplines (praying, reading the Scriptures, and meditation). “Keep a close watch on yourself and on the teaching. Persist in these things” (1 Tim. 4.16).

This year we will celebrate Easter in an unusual atmosphere for us. We will not be able to gather in crowded worship services, which everyone is accustomed to. This time we will hold the holiday in our homes, with our families. In this way, this day will not diminish in any way. On the contrary, may the rays of Christ's resurrection illuminate your homes and hearts of every family member. By His death and resurrection, Christ opened the door to His eternal kingdom. He is the firstborn of the dead (Col. 1: 18) so that we would become participants in His resurrection. “For you have died, and your life is hid with Christ in God. when Christ who is your life appears, then you will appear with Him in glory” (Col. 3: 3-4). Glory to Him for this amazing accomplishment for us.

Modern technologies allow us to communicate with each other, pray for each other and support each other. This is the strength of the church, in which everyone is warmed by the great love and grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.

May you have an enriched, joyful life because of our risen Savior. We will try this year, to be faithful servants, as it is the designated year of service, regardless of difficulties that may come our way.

Congratulations again! Christ is risen! Truly risen!
