Youth Training: “Tools for Service”

From September 11 to 19, 2021, at the UECB headquarters in Moscow, Russia, the next training module "Tools for Service" was held within the framework of the Youth Minister Training Program. Twenty brothers from the Urals, the Volga region, the South and Central Russia adopted the experience of serving from experienced ministers on such topics as:
  • Organization of Youth Ministry in the Church
  • Organization of Small Group Ministries
  • Working with Teenagers in Church
  • The Prayer Life of a Minister and Prayer Ministry
  • Reaching Youth Outside the Church
  • Social Service - Community Outreach
  • Personal Evangelism
  • Media Ministry
  • Apologetics …  and much more!

Those participating had the opportunity to learn from the wealth of experience in ministry and evangelism from regional Moscow leaders. In the evenings, meetings with seasoned ministers were organized, so participants could easily ask their burning questions.

The program has been run by the Russian UECB Youth Ministry since 2008, and aims to prepare a new generation of competent ministers to work with youth in local churches. More than 150 brothers have already been trained during these years, and most of them are devotedly working in their local churches.

The next enrollment for the Program will take place in February 2022 (exact dates are still being decided). You can find more details about the Program and the qualifications for admission on the website  https://imolod.ru/faculty
