Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2023!

We celebrate the Christmas holiday against the backdrop of winter cold and long dark nights. But this does not interfere, but actually contributes to the holiday being bright and amazing in its celebration. The night on which Christ was born was filled with unexpected light emanating from Heaven and the angels of God, who glorified God and proclaimed great joy to all people.

Today we are celebrating the feast of the Nativity of Christ against the backdrop of difficult times. Our world plunged into a night of anxiety, unrest, fear. Sin is doing its job. The hearts of many people are filled with hatred, resulting in international conflicts and wars. This is our sinful world. Our creator knows it needs salvation. Against the backdrop of all this, the holiday of Christmas becomes especially important!

The Nativity of Christ gave mankind hope for a wonderful future. "Your Savior is born!" - announced the angel (Luke 2:11). God does not turn away from the sinful world, but in His love gives this world a Savior in the person of His own Son, Who is incarnated by the birth of the Virgin Mary. The Son of God became the Savior of the world through a redemptive sacrificial death on the cross. He became a source of true light, peace, joy and love. The gift of God in Jesus Christ laid the gospel foundation for all the nations. The good news continues to sound, its herald is the Church of Christ. May the Lord bless all of us on these holidays to bring this joyful news to all people, so that the feast of the Nativity of Christ becomes a feast of the renewal of many hearts.

Meeting the New Year, let's turn over a new page in our life and try to fill this blank sheet with such deeds that we will be happy to read in eternity.

The outgoing year has been called in our brotherhood the year of the gospel, which must not cease, but must continue to resound and expand.

2023 is called the year of creation. The Christian life is a creative life. We create our home, our family, everything beautiful that surrounds us. We are building the Church, being co-workers with Christ, we are building peace and a healthy society. "Therefore, everyone should understand us as ministers of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God; but stewards are required that everyone should be faithful" (1 Corinthians 4:1-2).

Once again, we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We wish the blessing light of the Nativity of Christ fill you and accompany you in the new year.
