On June 12, 2026, the regional Smolensk Children's Festival "The Gift of Christ" was held. About 200 children from 14 churches in our region attended the event.
The program was rich and varied!
The children really enjoyed the “Friendship Bridges” game, which introduced them to each other!
There were 12 workshops, in which the children chose to participate in the ones that interested them.
At the “Sunday School Parade,” teams showed videos about their school’s life and prepared awesome performances: skits, songs, and recitations!
We had prepared and were planning to play a game based on the book, “Pilgrim’s Progress,” with a trip into the forest, but it started raining.
Praise the Lord for our flexible and creative team, who decided to play out the game ourselves on stage in the auditorium!
The children loved it; they were so excited for Pilgrim, and they saw all the dangers and joys of the journey in a completely safe way.
Let us pray that in the future there will be an opportunity to hold such meetings.
