Christian youth retreat “Are we following Christ?!"

The event was attended by representatives of many churches from several regions of central Russia: Kaluga, Smolensk, Tula, Moscow, etc. The total number of registered people was about 200 people!

Each day was filled with a large number of sermons, seminars and songs which churches performed, and in the evenings there was fellowship around the fire.

Thematic working groups were also held:

• Media Ministry
• Artificial Christian
• Spiritual workout/disciplines
• How to share the Gospel?

The trip was not complete without sporting events - in their free time, young people played soccer and volleyball.

A big game was also organized, in which 10 teams took part. As the game progressed, participants visited stations where they performed certain tasks in a playful manner, for which they received points.

Based on the results of the trip, there were many positive comments from the participants. The youth are waiting for next year to meet again, have a good time and glorify God.

It is important to hold such events regularly, as they allow us to strengthen the connection between Christians from different areas, so that we can all glorify our Lord Jesus Christ together! As such a large country, the amount of Christians per capita is surprisingly low, so these connections are so encouraging.
