Children's Summer Sunday School at Calvary Church

This year, about 70 children took part in the summer children's Sunday School program called “There is a Way Out.” For five days, the children studied the life of Moses, the history of the great exodus, and through this they also looked for a way out of difficult situations in their own lives. 

The days were filled with fun games, sports, connecting around God's Word, songs, and competitions. In addition, every day they could attend some kind of master class, where they acquired new skills: theater, culinary, sports, painting on fabric and wood, decoupage, drawing and mosaics. The children were able to take many of the crafts home, which will remain as a reminder of their week spent on the church grounds.

The children were able not only to connect with Biblical history, but also found new friends and got to know the Sunday School teachers better. And we really hope that our communication and friendship will continue into the school year.
