Mitskevich Travels to Uzbekistan

In Tashkent, a meeting took place between Mitskevich and the Uzbekistan UECB President, Arkady Belik, and other leaders of the Uzbek UECB Brotherhood.

Topics of spiritual education and ministry development were discussed. The meeting participants expressed mutual gratitude for their joint work.

Prayers were offered for the ministry of the churches of Uzbekistan. One of the prayer needs was to help the church in Bukhara (pastor Shukhra Safarov) in building its own house of prayer.

Several churches of the UECB brotherhood serve in Tashkent. These are large and strong churches that do ministries of building, discipleship, and evangelism.

As part of the visit, a meeting was also held with the UECB church youth in Tashkent, where Peter spoke about faithfulness to the Lord, and also answered their questions, most of which centered around the search for a life partner and the responsibilities of husbands and wives.

The Russian UECB continues to pray for the training of ministers in the UECB brotherhood of Uzbekistan.
