Christ is Risen!

We joyfully celebrate Easter, the resurrection of Jesus Christ—the most hopeful news for all believers. Jesus, the Son of God, died for our sins and rose from the dead, defeating death and opening the way to eternal life for those who trust in Him. As the Bible says, "If we share in His death, we will also share in His resurrection" (Romans 6:5). This truth is the heart of our faith.

When the women went to Jesus’ tomb, an angel told them, "He is not here; He has risen!" (Matthew 28:6). This powerful message spread worldwide, bringing hope to the broken, freedom to the lost, and joy to Christians everywhere. Easter proves God’s love for us—Jesus’ sacrifice and resurrection show that sin and death have been conquered forever.

Because of Jesus’ victory, Easter is now our celebration of freedom. We are no longer slaves to sin but are called God’s children and heirs with Christ. As *1 Corinthians 5:7* says, "Christ, our Passover Lamb, has been sacrificed." Just as the Israelites were saved by the blood of the lamb, we are saved by Jesus’ sacrifice.

Let us live with gratitude, serving God and sharing this good news with others. Easter reminds us that death is not the end—because Jesus lives, we too will live with Him forever.
