Sisters from small and large churches across the region gathered for this fellowship to share in the edification, encouragement, and praise of our Lord. In his morning pastoral sermon, Vladimir Romanenko shared his words and reflections on how the Lord finds and speaks to women where they labor and tend to their household chores. Each sister has her own gifts and talents that can be used to serve others for the glory of God. This may be the smallest and most unnoticed work, but it is crucial for the well-being of the church or for an individual.
After a short break, conference participants were offered several seminars:
Women were able to hear biblical examples of faith and hope, as well as experiences of life's journey and service to God in any status.
After lunch, the sisters shared testimonies of God's miracles and answered prayers. The Lord hears us when we pray for an unbelieving husband or a sick child. He comforts, supports, and is there when times are unbearably difficult.
In the ministry gallery, the sisters shared their experiences of evangelizing women and organizing and leading sisterhood groups. The ministries "Preschool Moms," "Mom's Leisure," "Special Moms," and others were represented. Between testimonies, the sisters sang prayerful hymns and songs of praise in united praise.
At the end of the day, conference participants had the opportunity to share what they had particularly remembered and what had touched their hearts. A prayer was offered for expectant mothers, and a Christian book giveaway was held. The day was a rich one, full of fellowship, joy, and God's grace.
